jhappi works with 70+ NGO and artisan partners across India, Warli painters in Maharashtra, Madhubani artists in Bihar, Phulkari embroiderers in Punjab, block-printers in Rajasthan, ceramicists in Pondicherry. The makers are often persons with disabilities, women survivors of gender-based violence, and craftspeople in remote rural geographies.

When a hamper arrives, the story card names the maker community and the craft tradition, so the gift means something to the receiver, too.

The materials stay honest too: coconut shells, jute, canvas, recycled paper, and soy wax. Eco-conscious by default, not as an add-on.

Every batch is QC-checked at the maker level, again at our consolidation hub in Mumbai, and a final visual check before despatch. Defective items are replaced free of cost.
