Shipping
We ship pan-India (metros, tier-2/3 towns, and remote pin-codes) via vetted logistics partners. Standard lead time from confirmed PO + advance is 15–21 days. Larger or fully-custom orders (5,000+ units) take 25–35 days.
We coordinate multi-address dispatches (single PO, multi-city home or office delivery) on request. Tracking is shared once dispatch begins.
Damage in transit
Hampers are packed in reinforced outer cartons with breakage-rated cushioning. If a hamper arrives damaged, share photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the defective items free of cost or refund proportionally.
Manufacturing defects
Manufacturing defects identified within 7 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded on photo evidence. Defective unit replacement is prioritised; we ship replacements within 5–7 working days of confirmation.
Custom orders & branded merchandise
Once production is approved (samples signed off, branding locked), custom or branded hampers are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund less any sampling or design fees already incurred. Once production has started, cancellation is on a case-by-case basis.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days. For NEFT/RTGS payments, we credit to the originating account on file.
