1. Use of this site

By using bulk.jhappi.store you agree to these terms. Don't use the site to break laws, scrape content, or impersonate anyone.

2. Quotes and orders

Quotes we send are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when we issue a proforma invoice and you confirm in writing (or pay the advance). Lead times start from PO confirmation and advance receipt.

3. Customisation & samples

Custom hampers are produced to the brief you approve. We share physical samples or digital mock-ups before production where applicable. Once approved, design changes may impact timeline or cost.

4. Payment

Standard terms are 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. Enterprise PO-aligned terms are available on request. All amounts are in INR unless stated otherwise. GST is charged as applicable.

5. Delivery

Lead times are estimates based on confirmed brief and advance. We aren't liable for delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics partners but will share tracking and resolve issues promptly.

6. Intellectual property

All content on bulk.jhappi.store (copy, photography, product designs) is owned by jhappi or its partners. Don't reproduce without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
