- Day 1–3: Brief locked, proposal sent, samples (if requested) shipped.

Is there a minimum order, and can I order just a few? +
We start at 25 hampers for a fully branded order, and the sweet spot for a custom proposal is usually 50+. Planning something smaller or more personal? Tell us what you have in mind and we will see what we can do.
What does a hamper cost? +
Hampers run from about ₹500 to ₹6,000+ per box, depending on the contents, craft, and branding. Share your budget per hamper in the form and we will curate options to match.
What is the typical lead time for corporate orders? +
Standard orders ship in 15–21 days. Larger orders (5,000+ units) or fully custom hampers take 25–35 days. Express timelines are available on a case-by-case basis. Message us with your date.
What branding methods do you offer? +
Custom-printed outer boxes, satin-ribbon branding, hot-foil stamping on boxes, printed story cards, and inserts with your CEO note or QR code. We can also fully white-label the hamper to match your brand guidelines.
How do you ensure quality control? +
Every batch is QC-checked at the maker level, again at our consolidation hub in Mumbai, and a final visual check before despatch. Defective items are replaced free of cost.
Can you tell us about your ethics and sourcing practices? +
We work with 70+ NGOs and artisan studios across India. The makers include persons with disabilities, women survivors of gender-based discrimination, and craftspeople in remote rural geographies. Every hamper carries a story card naming the maker community.
What is your returns and refunds policy? +
Manufacturing defects are replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery, on photo evidence. Custom or branded merchandise is non-returnable except for defects. Full policy is on the Refund & Shipping page.
How do invoicing and tax documentation work? +
Full GST-compliant invoices with our GSTIN, HSN codes, and e-invoicing where applicable. We support PO-based procurement, multi-state billing, and the documentation your finance team needs.
How sustainable are the materials? +
Many of our materials are biodegradable, upcycled, or organic by nature (coconut shells, jute, canvas, recycled paper, soy wax). We focus on honest materials and named provenance for every hamper rather than formal certification labels.
Can you handle pan-India delivery to multiple addresses? +
Yes. Distributed delivery is one of our most-requested services. We ship to metros, tier-2/3 towns, and remote pin-codes from a single brief. You send the address list, we coordinate the dispatches.
